When you purchase from Kate Koel, you are supporting an independent artist. Because we hand-make every single item specifically for you, we do not encourage "buy-to-try" shopping. We want the person purchasing our creations to have the full intention of keeping and cherishing them.

Our Policy: We accept pieces for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

Exchanges & Store Credit: We are happy to help you swap a piece for a different color, size, or pattern. We want you to be 100% happy with the final look!

Refunds: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please note:

Must be in their original, UNWORN condition, within 14 days after receiving the package. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

A $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs.
