Shipping Info

All domestic and international packages are sent via United States Postal Service. All domestic packages come with a tracking number. International orders DO NOT come with tracking.

Expedited 2-day orders will go out within 48 hours, not including weekends or holidays. We suggest that you also email us at kate@katekoel.com if your order is in need of an extreme rush. Otherwise all regular mail orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. (Please keep in mind that all orders are hand made.) You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been shipped.
